Our IOP is ideal for adults struggling with:

Our program includes five days of structured therapy per week, with each session lasting three to four hours. You will participate in individual counseling, group therapy, and skill-building workshops designed to help you develop healthy coping strategies, manage stress, and create long-term resilience.
